Question: Are there any special reheating instructions?

Answer:  All of our barbecue is shipped fully cooked and smoked so you only need to heat it to a serving temperature of 100-110 degrees. Wrap the thawed barbecue in aluminum foil and preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Place the barbecue on a cookie sheet or metal pan to catch the juices from the meat as it heats. Check the temperature of the barbecue periodically using a meat thermometer.

Most meat will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour to heat (larger amounts of meat such as a whole brisket may take a bit longer). Sausage and ribs can be heated using the same process but may be ready in as little as 30 minutes. Slice the barbecue with a sharp knife and cut in thin slices. Enjoy with some of our famous Bodacious Sauce!
